The TEGoVA Spring Meeting will take place in Bucharest on May 10-11, 2024, organized by the National Association of Romanian Authorized Valuers (ANEVAR). ANEVAR, established in 1992, aims to regulate and promote the profession of authorized valuers in Romania. Bucharest, the capital of Romania, known for its industrial and financial significance, will host the event at the Radisson Blu Bucharest Hotel. Attendees can easily reach the venue from Henri Coandă OTP Airport using various transportation options.

  2. ASOCIAIA NAIONAL A EVALUATORILOR AUTORIZAI DIN ROMNIA The organizer The National Association of Romanian Authorized Valuers - ANEVAR ANEVAR was established in 1992. The organisation as we know it today is the results of more than 30 years of constant evolution of the valuer profession in Romania. ANEVAR was established in 1992 as a non-governmental professional association, independent, in accordance with the legal provisions in force at that time. In 2011, the profession of authorized valuer was regulated by the Government Ordinance of Romania no. 24/2011 regarding certain measures in the field of asset appraisal, approved with modifications by Law no. 99/2013. ANEVAR was established as a non-profit professional organization of public utility, comprised of authorized valuers who acquire this status under the provisions of the aforementioned legal act. The National Association of Authorized Evaluators in Romania aims to organize, coordinate, and authorize the practice of the profession of authorized valuer in Romania. It represents and protects the professional interests of its members, ensures the independent practice of the profession of authorized valuer with respect to professional ethics and a high level of professional qualification, and promotes standards, methods, and evaluation techniques within the activity of authorized valuers.

  3. ASOCIAIA NAIONAL A EVALUATORILOR AUTORIZAI DIN ROMNIA About Bucharest Bucharest is the capital and largest city of Romania, located in the southeastern part of the country. Bucharest lies on a generally level plain and, including suburban districts, occupies an area of about 300 sq km. The first written appearance of the name Bucuresti dates from 1459, when it was recorded in a document of Vlad III the Impaler, the ruler of Walachia. Bucharest is a major industrial center and the main financial and trade center of Romania. The city accounts for about 20 percent of the country's industrial production. Industries include heavy machinery, aviation, precision machinery, agricultural tools, furniture, electronics, chemicals, textiles, leather goods, wire, soap, cosmetics, and food processing.

The cost of the taxi/uber should be less than 25 Euro; By train: Henri Coanda OTP Bucharest -North Station by train. There are trains leaving every 45 minutes and the tickets can be bought either in the train or at the train station. The ride takes 20-25 minutes, the cost of a train ticket is 1 euro. From the train station you will have to take a taxi/uber (approximately 10 Euro) or a bus to the hotel (1 Euro/ticket valid 90 minutes) By bus: 783 line from the airport to Romana Square (1 Euro/ticket valid 90 minutes) + 700 m walking
