  8. League Philosophy All kids shall have equal playing time as best as possible. Sportsmanship: let the players play, let the coaches coach, let the officials officiate, and let the spectators be positive! Number reason kids play sports: FUN! Why do kids quit sports? No longer fun. Your child s success or lack of success in sports does not indicate what kind of coach or parent you are. As a volunteer coach, we must make our league fun for all kids, including the kids that are not on your team. Kudos or Concern each game location will have a supervisor in order to help coaches, staff, and families. Address any game issues with the supervisor. If you have a praise or concern, complete the Kudos or Concern form available at your game location to provide feedback.

  9. Thank you and have a fun season! If you have any questions, our sports staff are available to answer.
