Slide Note

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for attending the presentation about the Health Journey in Universal Credit

Since I started to work in DWP, I personally found the entire process quite complicated and sometimes confusing especially because part of it is not visible to the WCs.

I am asked often questions related to the various steps of the health journey so I thought it could be helpful to go through it together

Just some housekeeping rules: there will be time for questions at the end of the presentation, if you prefer you can also add them to the chat and I will go through them.

I will not have view of the sidebar, so if you have any issue during the presentation please come off mute and tell me.
