  2. Introduction One woman s efforts to rid her Gambian village of trash sparks a recycling movement in this uplifting tale inspired by true events. As a girl, Isatou admired the colors and myriad uses of the plastic bags that began to proliferate in her community.   3. As you listen to the story, Try to answer the following questions; How did she reinvent plastic bags? Why did she replace or change the plastic bags? Make a list of plastics used daily at your home, add ways to reinvent or reuse them. Make a list of ways to reduce the use of plastic in your home.
