Munis Dashboard - Shortcuts Setting up My Favorites in 10.5 if you haven t already done so. Current dashboard settings in 10.5 will carry into 11.3

Major Enhancements - Payroll ESS More Functionality Shared Calendar works with Office Outlook Calendars Employee passwords can be reset by the employee Workflow for time off request & timesheets can be done in ESS
Tyler University (Tyler U) Learning Management System Also known as Tyler U Provides interactive step by step E-Learnings that walk users through specific programs within MUNIS. Completing these courses is critical to successful knowledge of MUNIS processes. Courses will be assigned based on user roles, however, users may also enroll for other interested courses. Go to tylertech.com to sign up for a username and password.
NEW EMPLOYEE MUNIS ACCESS Beginning 1/1/18 To kick-start new employee MUNIS training, users will be taking Tyler University core courses to assist with navigation and familiarity.

Upgrade Checklist See additional handout for Production site testing for all current users. Checklist is suggested in order to become familiar with the new site prior to Go-LIVE. Checklist can be completed during open labs with Auditor s Office staff.

Important Information Munis 11.3 Production Website https://munis.co.union.oh.us/default.aspx Google Chrome is the preferred search engine over Internet Explorer Users will be required to enter their user name and password when first opening Munis and then when opening each program. This is a new security feature in our TEST and LIVE 11.3 site. This prevents people from hacking into the system. The LIVE site link will be sent out after the upgrade has been completed.
During Upgrade Shutdown Sept 13th 18th Munis will be shutdown from Wednesday Sept. 13th Monday Sept. 18th During Shut Down, after the upgrade is completed, the Auditor s Office staff will be performing tests and updating based on new functionality. ESS will also be down during this time. An email will be sent out to Dept heads/Clerks as a reminder.
