Learning Management System – Also known as Tyler U
Provides interactive step by step E-Learnings that walk users through specific
programs within MUNIS.
Completing these courses is critical to successful knowledge of MUNIS processes.
Courses will be assigned based on user roles, however, users may also enroll for
other interested courses.
Go to tylertech.com to sign up for a username and password.
NEW EMPLOYEE MUNIS ACCESS
Beginning
1/1/18
To kick-start new employee MUNIS training, users will be taking Tyler
University core courses to assist with navigation and familiarity.

Important Information
Munis 11.3 Production Website

Google Chrome is the preferred search engine over Internet Explorer
Users will be required to enter their user name and password when first opening Munis and
then when opening each program. This is a new security feature in our TEST and LIVE 11.3
site.
This prevents people from hacking into the system.
The LIVE site link will be sent out after the upgrade has been completed.
During Upgrade Shutdown

Munis will be shutdown from Wednesday Sept. 13
th
– Monday Sept. 18
th
During Shut Down, after the upgrade is completed, the Auditor’s Office staff will
be performing tests and updating based on new functionality.
ESS will also be down during this time. An email will be sent out to Dept
heads/Clerks as a reminder.
