NEW FOR 2022 Minimal premium increases All new ID Cards issued to everyone (health, dental and vision) LWCDHP coinsurance is increasing from 15% to 20% for in-network LWCDHP coinsurance is increasing from 40% to 50% for out-of-network LWPPO coinsurance is increasing from 20% to 25% for in-network LWPPO coinsurance is increasing from 40% to 50% for out-of-network LWPPO generic tier copay is increasing from $15 to $20 30 day supply LWPPO generic tier copay is increasing from $30 to $40- 90 day supply Spouses will be able to participate in the LivingWell Program through WebMD. Waivers will no longer be able to participate in the LivingWell Program.

Members can have physical therapy visits online Insulin Cap on costs of prescriptions - $30 for a 30-day supply The UK acupuncture pilot program has been extended through 2022 Future Moms lactation support through LiveHealth Online Zero cost share for members enrolled in the PrudentRX program for certain specialty drugs for the LivingWell PPO plan

  8. NEW FOR 2022 MetLife Insurance New Life Insurance Vendor. New plans available. Reduced premiums for all plans that provide the same benefits in 2022 as in 2021. If you currently have a plan that offers the same benefits as the 2022 Plans, you will automatically be enrolled in the MetLife Plan with the same benefits for 2022. Discontinued Plans. Some Plans that were available in 2021 are not available through MetLife in 2022. If you are currently in a discontinued plan, you will automatically be enrolled in the 2022 equivalent plan. A letter will be mailed to impacted members.

  9. BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS No changes in deductibles and out-of-pockets The same four health plans will be offered: LivingWell CDHP, LivingWell Basic CDHP, LivingWell PPO, and LivingWell Limited High Deductible. The same Anthem dental and vision plans for 2022 as 2021 with the same premium. All planholders are required to complete the LivingWell Promise between January 1, 2022 and July 1, 2022. The LW Promise requires the completion of the WebMD health assessment or biometric screening. Any questions regarding the LW Promise can be answered at the WebMD customer service helpline at 866-746-1316. The member will earn up to a $480 premium incentive ($40 a month) for plan year 2023.

  10. BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS Anthem is issuing ID cards for 2022 for all plans (health, dental and vision) no matter if a change is made or not. Dental and Vision Plans have their own ID cards and the ID numbers are different from the health.

BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS Healthcare FSA s Contribute up to a maximum of $2,750 per year before taxes Carry over a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $550 from one calendar year to the next there s low risk in losing hard-earned money; carryover funds do not count toward the annual maximum of $2,750 90-day run-out period until March 31, 2023 for reimbursement of eligible FSA expenses. Any of your funds that are in excess of $550 that are not used before the run-out period will be forfeited FSA can be used to pay for eligible medical expenses for family members who are considered a tax dependent Funds from a Healthcare FSA will be used before funds from an HRA. Do not use the VISA debit card in 2022 to pay for 2021 expenses.

BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS Child & Adult Daycare With a Child and Adult Daycare FSA, a member can elect an amount to be deducted pre-tax from their paycheck to use to pay eligible expenses below: Child or adult care (during work hours only); Preschool; Summer day camp; Before and after-school care; and Elder daycare expenses for dependent adults The minimum amount the member can contribute is $120 per year, up to the maximum amount per year, per federal law that is based on your tax-filing status: Married, filing a joint return $5,000; Head-of-household $5,000; and Married, filing separate returns $2,500. The member can arrange for convenient direct payments to their provider using the Pay-My- Provider option on the EZ Receipts app, or they can pay child and adult daycare expenses themselves and request reimbursement. o o o o o o o o

  19. VIRTUAL BENEFIT FAIRS The Benefits fairs webinar schedule will be posted on our website, the information will be included in the KHRIS User ID OE Letter, and an email will go to all members. ALL OPEN ENROLLMENT INFORMATION AT KEHP.KY.GOV

  20. BENEFIT SELECTION GUIDE The mini Benefits Selection Guides will be distributed to your agencies the end of September. Please distribute to your members. The large Benefits Selection Guide will be available on the website at the web address below. To assist your new hires please direct your members to the website and encourage them to review and print the Benefits Selection Guide when making important enrollment decisions.   21. ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES Most members can use the KHRIS ESS system to enroll online including those that are participating in a cross reference payment option. Members that have a disabled dependent(s) will still need to complete paper application that can be found at personnel.ky.gov New Hires from 9/1 to 11/1, 2021 should enroll in KHRIS ESS first then wait 24 hours and go back into KHRIS ESS using their KHRIS ID number and password to enroll their 2022 election. Qualifying Events after Open Enrollment must have the member submit a 2021 Enrollment/Change application and the 2022 Enrollment/Change application. Be sure to use the updated applications that are posted on the website.

  22. ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES Open Enrollment exceptions MUST be signed and received in our office by December 31, 2021 to be considered. Once the plan year starts, we will not accept or review any exception request for an Open Enrollment election; this includes exceptions for people who fail to enroll. The exceptions can be uploaded to the DEI online form. If a member enrolls in the wrong plan or makes an error, please assist them with completing the exception form and a paper application for 2022.The exception form and application must be submitted together. The documents may be uploaded to the DEI online form. KPPA retirees should enroll through the KPPA online enrollment portal but may complete the retirement paper application if needed. When electing the Waiver General Purpose HRA, you must be able to attest that all persons covered have other group employer-sponsored coverage. When electing the Waiver General Purpose HRA, the member must list all dependents during open enrollment who will use the HRA funds.

  23. ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES If a member submits an Open Enrollment paper application to the agency, it must be entered into KHRIS by the IC/HRG no later than November 15, 2021. Make sure you use current updated forms. You can go online to pull all 2022 forms at KEHP.KY.GOV. KEHP-Forms for members (ky.gov)

  25. CLOSING The deadline for Open Enrollment 2022 is October 29th, 2021. All who want to enroll should via KHRIS ESS Make use of the Benefits Selection Guides online to help your member make informed decisions. As the IC/HRG can ask questions at EIB@KY.GOV.
