If you wish to continue with your EAP Counselor, you can pay on your own to continue your sessions until your EAP sessions renew. Renewal happens once a year on the company renewal date. Our current session fee is $65. If you would like to instead use your health insurance after your free EAP sessions end, ask your EAP Counselor to assist you in finding one that takes your insurance. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Penn Foundation Employee Assistance Program | 520 Washington Avenue - Sellersville, PA 18960 | 215.257.6556 or 800.616.9248 | www.pfeap.org
