  3. SLEDS secured reports provide de-identified individual level data to local users to customize outcome reporting and augment available analyses. Why SLEDS Secured Reports?

  5. What will I see in the K-12 Data Mart? Purpose: Provides individual level college enrollment and graduation data for a specific group of K-12 students Cohort: Dropouts and Graduates based on last academic year of K-12 enrollment What s Included: Demographics, MCAs, AP & IB, ACT, GED, ABE, MCCC, PS Enrollment, PS Completion, and Employment Materials to reference on the Sharepoint site: K-12 data mart fields, K12 data help doc; SLEDS Data Dictionary February 2020 5 An Introduction to SLEDS Secured Reports | sleds.mn.gov

  6. Lets go get data! Start from SLEDS.mn.gov/Research or the MDE Home Page and click Research Under Data Access and Use click Instructions to access SLEDS Secured Reports Select K-12 Research Data Mart

  7. Logging In SLEDS is using a newer log-in process. A data sharing agreement is still needed between the user and SLEDS. New features include: Users create their own accounts in the EDIAM system Anita Larson at MDE approves access to all of the districts in the user s Region Access is good for 365 days from the date of approval February 2020 An Introduction to SLEDS Secured Reports | sleds.mn.gov 7
