  3. How It Works 2 Monthly you will receive an email invitation to take a survey Click on the survey link in the email. An online survey will pop up in your browser. Complete survey with problem solving court utilization data from the previous month Click SUBMIT when finished July 7, 2015 Planning and Research Department, Administrative Office of the Courts

  5. Made a Mistake? 4 Email us. -We ll send you the survey link to your completed survey -Make edits and SUBMIT July 7, 2015 Planning and Research Department, Administrative Office of the Courts

  6. Survey Expiration 5 You can start the survey and finish at another time. Survey link expires within 2 weeks of start time. July 7, 2015 Planning and Research Department, Administrative Office of the Courts

  7. Survey Timeline 6 Email invitations go out the 1st of each month Reminder emails will go out the 5th of each month DUE by the 10th of each month July 7, 2015 Planning and Research Department, Administrative Office of the Courts

  8. Things to Remember 7 One email invitation PER court Make sure survey data matches the court specified in the email invitation July 7, 2015 Planning and Research Department, Administrative Office of the Courts

Things to Remember 8 One submission per month -As a rule, please submit JUST the previous month s data -HOWEVER, if you forgot to complete one month, let us know and we can re-send an additional email invitation July 7, 2015 Planning and Research Department, Administrative Office of the Courts

  10. Reports 9 Monthly Report via email on 20th -Sent to coordinator Includes Summary of: 1. Individual Court s previous month s data 2. Individual Court s FY to Date data 3. Court Type aggregate FY to Date data July 7, 2015 Planning and Research Department, Administrative Office of the Courts

  11. Reports 10 Utilization by District (under construction) Will Include: 1. # of Slots by Funding Source 2. FY to Date Utilization 3. Over/ Under Utilization July 7, 2015 Planning and Research Department, Administrative Office of the Courts
