  3. Sample Semi-Annual Report CHAPTER REPORT This form should be used semi-annually to report important information about your chapter to the NC Council. Please complete and submit to the Council website manager using info@newrivermoaa.org. This is a downloadable form that can be filled out on your computer, saved and then printed. AVERAGE ATTENDANCE: 65 to 70 SPECIAL MEETINGS: Other Wrightsville Beach Coast Guard Station and tour of the UNCW Veterans Hall. DESCRIBE:Social Hour at the Hanover Seaside Club (held each July), Tour of the ROTC/JROTC UNITS SUPPORTED: ROTC 0 JROTC 19 HOW DO YOU SUPPORT? Leadership Awards: This year we provided JROTC Leadership awards to a student at each of our schools. We provide each school with the JROTC Leadership Medals for all recipients and participate in the award ceremony whenever possible.

  4. CHAPTER DUES PER NCCOC BY-LAWS SIGNED NOV. 5, 2022, DUES ARE REQUESTED BY MARCH 1ST, 2023. ARTICLE VI, SEC. 3 STATES: THE TOTAL ASSESSMENT WILL BE BASED ON THE DEC. 31STC/M AND ON DUES-PAYING CHAPTER MEMBERS . TREASURER KEN HILLMAN WILL SEND AN INVOICE TO CHAPTERS WITH A FORM FOR CALCULATIONS FOR DUES OWED. PLEASE SEND A CHECK FOR $1.50 PER DUES PAYING MEMBER. MAKE CHECK OUT TO NCCOC AND SEND TO KEN.
