Challenge Coordinating, scheduling and tracking multiple study area models, including: Traffic counts Travel surveys Reviewing deliverables (i.e., networks and demographics) Model development and application Timely deliveries of models Long-range planning needs and support
Solution Statewide Travel Demand Model Dashboard Website Enhanced way of doing business Provides a tool for high level status and progress summary and review Provides a tool to improve project management, oversight, and to cultivate team-level ownership and responsibility
