  1. Create a CloudCME Profile Create a CloudCME Profile Begin by going to the website: https://mainehealth.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx Next you will click on the Don t have an Account? This will be found at the bottom of the page. Enter the required information. Select your Degree and Profession

  2. Create a CloudCME Profile Create a CloudCME Profile If you have a profile set up and need to update and add your correct degree and profession, click on the orange My CME button in the top red section and then Profile Select your Degree (choose Other and type in degree). For Profession, check off Certified Surgical Assistant or Certified Surgical Technologist. Scroll to the bottom and click Submit to save.

You will receive a reply text: Thank you [Your Name] 2. we have recorded your attendance for [Today s Activity] . NOTE: If you do not receive a reply text, your CME transcript will not document today s meeting participation.

  5. CloudCME has a phone app 1. The app allows you immediate access to your transcripts, certificates and evaluations 2. You have the immediate ability to complete your evaluations electronically 3. You have the ability to augment your CloudCME profile How to access the app on your phone 1. Download the app on either your IOS or Android phone by searching CloudCME in the app store 2. When you open the app for the first time you will be instructed to enter your organizational code MaineHealth 3. Enter your email and password you used to create your CloudCME account

As a nationally recognized Joint Accreditation (JA) Provider, MMC promotes interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) activities specifically designed to improve interprofessional collaborative practice. Activities are planned by the healthcare team for the healthcare team. IPCE activity credits are accepted as CME for medicine and CE for nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants, social workers and psychologists. In support of improving patient care, Maine Medical Center (MMC) is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. MMC can accredit continuing education activities with the following credit types: Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE), Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and American Psychological Association (APA). 6
