  11. Vaccinesand Pregnancy Shimabukuro et al1: Observational study did not show any obvious safety signals among pregnant persons who received mRNA Covid-19 vaccines. Goldstein et al2: Retrospective cohort study of pregnant women found the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine compared with no vaccination was associated with a significantly lower risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection. After analyzing and assessing data from the V-SAFE registry in nearly 2,500 pregnant women who were vaccinated before 20 weeks of pregnancy, the CDC did not find an increase in the number miscarriages. Currently there is no evidence that indicates COVID-19 vaccines cause fertility problems in women or men. 1Shimabukuro TT, Kim SY, Myers TR, et al.
