  1. Volleyball Student Manager Handbook

  2. Student Managers are a key component to a successful season. As such, student managers are held to the same standards as players and more specifically captains of the program. Student Managers are invited to participate in Varsity-team building activites (e.g. team dinners, banquet, and misc events) and are issued the same gear as players and coaches. Good student managers make the volleyball program more enjoyable for coaches and players, add key insight into what is required for success and provide the manager with a life- enriching opportunity.   3. Student Managers are elidgible to gain credit for service housrs for organizations such as National Honor Society, History class and other groups. Volunteer Hours

  4. The team manager(s) are the main point people for the management of the team s everyday events. Pre-Season Assist Head coach in preparing equipment. Tryouts Lead the registration and check-in process for players on Day 1 and Day 2 of tryouts. Assist coaches with running drills, collecting information and helping coaches in general. Roles and Responsibilities Parent/Player Meeting Assist head coach and Booster Club with set up of the room Uniform Distribution Assist coaches in handing out, and documenting uniform assignments to each players. Assist coaches in the return of uniforms at the end of the season. re

Game Day Operations Assist in the set up of our court during home games including ensuring all teams are properly handling their Game day responsibilities, game balls are out and marked, scorebooks, libero sheets and rosters are on the scoring table(s) JV and Varsity warm-up music is ready to go. Ensure all equipment is put away and gym is left is good condition. Call in scores to appropriate venues (Star Tribune, Pioneer Press, MSHSL) Roles and Responsibilities

  6. Game Day Operations Ensure Video equipment is at match, ready to use and game is successfully video taped. Assist with the documenting of stats during games using the designated tool and using the specified rules. Upload game film to HUDL and submit film to HUDL Assist. Providing notable news to social media director for posting (Booster Club and RHS) Roles and Responsibilities

  7. Training Days Assist players with the set up of nets and equipment in gym. Ensure all practice balls are properly inflated. Help coaches with the running of drills: Enter balls Documenting goals and counts Encouraging players Assist coaching staff with handling miscellaneous tasks. Roles and Responsibilities
