Student-Athlete driven program Grades are most important - Past two seasons all 18 Seniors are enrolled or have been accepted & are planning to enroll this fall. 2. Technically proficient, Tactically aware, Team oriented players 3. School and community oriented. Student-athletes most visible representation of the community

Off-Season Expectations and Conditioning February - March: Coaching staff meetings / alignment of coaching philosophies From the USSF: Planned time off is vitally important to avoid over-scheduling, overuse injuries and mental burnout. Both the players and the coaches need time off to recharge their batteries and come back to soccer reinvigorated. March - April- May- June: Strength and fitness training. June - July - Open field Sundays - THS stadium Conditioning in the THS weight room two days per week. Last two weeks of July Summer Camp: OHSAA 10 coaching days

  14. Tryout Format and Player Assessment Phase 2: Technical Ability Testing Juggling - three attempts to reach 30 consecutive touches. Soccer ball starts on the ground (may not use hands to start). Average of three attempts will be scored Driven balls - Player will have 5 soccer balls and must play a driven ball in the air to a target player standing 35 yards away in an 6x6 grid.
