Parent/Player
Requirements
 
All Parents/Players will be required to provide assistance to
during home games – by line judging, scorekeeping,
bookkeeping etc. Prior to the start of the season each
player/parent will have dates and times they are required to
assist and will be fully trained.
Each Player is required to fundraise a minimum of $300 for
the season.
This season our  Middle School Parents will volunteer to
assist with concession stands during all High School Home
Games in turn the girls will be required to volunteer 8 hours
per player to the Middle School Volleyball Program during
the 24-25 school year.
 
‘24 Season Fundraiser Options
 
There will be 6 total Fundraisers throughout the summer/season. You are
not required to participate in every fundraiser, but you are required to
raise $300 for the volleyball program, that can be with one fundraiser or a
few combined. Each Fundraiser your player will receive a % of the amount
raised that will be applied to offset dues for the season. Please see below
the Fundraisers we will have this season and in () what the player would
receive as a credit towards their dues once minimum is met.
Cookie Man June 2024 (player gets 25%)
Double Good May 2024 (player gets 25%)
Signboards (player gets 25%)
Zumba Night - July 2024  (anything over 5 tickets sold – player gets 50%)
Raffles - June 2024 (for every $100 sold player gets $25)
Fund-a-Player (for every $100 raised player gets $75)
Player can only be credited up to total amount of dues paid.

5 Zumba Night Fundraiser Tickets. Tickets are
$10 each and all players will receive 5 tickets.
 More tickets can be given if needed.

We will have Spirit Wear available for all players, family members and fans.
Womens, Mens, and Kids options will be available. Please note that the High
School and Middle School stores are combined. All items with the “A” in the
logo represents Archer Volleyball (item on the left) the logo for the Middle
School just has Tigers Volleyball (item on the right) so you are more than
welcome to purchase any of those items if you wish.
 
Store will go up on June 1st and close on June 10th. Be sure to make your
purchases during that time. A link will be sent out when the store opens via
email.

‘23 Season – Important Dates
 
 
 
 
 
‘24 Season Big Sister LiL Sister
 
This will be our 2nd year and the Middle School Girls loved it. Each High
School Player will have 1 Middle School Player as their little sister (there
will be a few players that have 2 - it will be based on # of players) they will
exchange #s and communicate through the season.
 
The only responsibility that the High School players will have to buy their
little sister a small present (I think last year most girls spent between $15-
$25) for Youth Night which is August 17th. At youth night the girls are
called up to be introduced to the crowd and the BIG SISTER will present
them with a gift. We then usually have donuts or some sort of treat after
the game for both the middle schoolers and high schoolers.
 
What players did with their Little Sisters Last Year: Meetings on the sand
courts for some volleyball fun, movie date, a trip to the mall, came out
and watched a game or 2 at Archer when they played (and we even had
some lil sisters come and support their big sisters at their home games).
Again none of this is mandatory but the Middle Schoolers absolutely loves
and looks up to the High School Players.
 
if your players lil sister is an 8th grade player on the middle school
team - 8th Grade Night will be held at Archer (date and time TBD) -
please be there to cheer on your Lil Sister

They will also be in charge of coordinating with other parents on the team for Year End Coaches Gifts.
