Networking Lunch & Poster Session Quality Improvement Awards for HTN & GH from 12- 12:30pm Speakers, Leadership & Data Team, SQC, Advisory Workgroups, Planning Committee at 12:30 Lunch and poster session from 12:30 1:30 pm Presenters at their posters from 1:00 1:30 pm Poster session includes: 44 posters to view posters with white ribbons received awards of excellence!

  3. Severe Maternal HTN Quality Improvement Awards ILPQC recognizing OB teams: Structure Measures: Must have both by expanded 3rdQuarter (Jul-Oct 2017) Severe Maternal HTN Policies in place in all units (Implementation Checklist question 1 A-C) Provider and Nursing Education: >80% of providers and nurses educated (AIM Quarterly Measure 1 A,B, 2A,B) Process Measures: 4/4, 3/4, 2/4 in September OR October 2017 Time to treatment 60 minutes: 80% of cases Debrief: 30% of cases Discharge education: 70% of cases Follow-up appointments scheduled within 10 days of discharge: 70% of cases

Golden Hour Quality Improvement Awards ILPQC recognizing Neo teams: Structure Measures: Must have data submitted for January October 2017 Process Measures: 4/4, 3/4, 2/4 in September OR October 2017 Delayed cord clamping rate at 80% or higher Temperature in target range at NICU admission rate at 90% or higher Communications measures (brief, checklist, and debrief) rates at 80% or higher Family engagement measures (pre, during, and NICU admit) rates at 90% or higher
