  1. 11THICPAR ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE THE MANTIS KIVU MARINA BAY HOTEL - RUSIZI 25TH28THOCTOBER 2022

  2. BRAIN POWER T0 EMBRACE CHANGE AND EMOTIONAL STABILITY

  3. THE BRAIN THE BRAIN The brain: the control centre for all bodily functions. It is the centre of the mind and higher functions that are specific to humans. The human brain is so complex, so efficient in energy use and so powerful in its organization and intelligent design.

  4. Human brain The outermost layer the cerebral cortex has a role on voluntary movements, sensory perception, language, personality traits, thoughts, memory, reasoning and creativity. The cerebellum or little brain allows coordination of activities. The centremost structure of the brain make up the limbic system, the seat of the emotions, learning and motivation A section of human brain showing various brain parts

  5. NEURON THE BRAIN CELL

  6. EMOTIONS A CONSCIOUS MENTAL REACTION OR STRONG FEELINGS DERIVED FROM ONE S CIRCUMSTANCES, MOOD, OR RELATIONSHIPS

  7. EMOTIONS/ FEELINGS EMOTIONS ARE CHEMICALS RELEASED IN RESPONSE TO OUR INTERPRETATION OF A SPECIFIC TRIGGER EMOTIONS COME FIRST THEN FEELINGS COME AFTER AS THE EMOTION CHEMICALS GO TO WORK IN OUR BODIES

  8. Neuron and its action

  9. The structure of a neuron The structure of a neuron and how nerve impulse crosses from one neuron to the next

  10. FEELINGS ARE EXPERIENCED CONSCIOUSLY EMOTIONS MANIFEST EITHER CONSCIOUSLY OR SUBCONSCIOUSLY MOODS DEVELOP FROM A COMBINATION OF FEELINGS

  11. EXAMPLE EMOTIONALLY STABLE PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO TOLERATE THE ANXIETY OF UNCERTAINTY BECAUSE THEY ARE IN THE HABIT OF EMBRACING UNCERTAINTY AND BUILDING CONFIDENCE IN THEIR ABILITY TO HANDLE IT

  12. EMOTIONAL STABILITY COMES FROM THE HABITS YOU FORM OVER TIME AND NOT THE GENES YOU WERE BORN WITH

  13. EMOTIONS INFLUENCE EVERY CELL IN OUR BODY EITHER BRING FORTH CONGESTION DISEASES OR GOOD HEALTH

  14. EMOTIONS EMOTIONS ARE KEPT OR HIDDEN DEEPLY INTO THE PROTEIN STRUCTURE OF CELLS

  15. WE ARE WHAT WE EAT IF WE EAT MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS WE ABSORB A PORTION OF THE ANIMAL S CONSCIOUSNESS AND IT BECOMES ONE WITH OUR OWN

  16. THOUGHTS EMOTIONS ARE OFTEN CAUSED BY OUR PERCEPTION - THOUGHTS FEELING HEIGHTENED EMOTIONS OR MIGHT BE DUE TO DIET CHOICES, GENETICS OR STRESS

  17. THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS ARE POTENT FORCES OF ENERGY AND VIBRATION THAT FEED OUR SUBCONSCIOUS

  18. THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS ARE REAL! THEY EXERT POWER IN OUR MINDS AND BODIES THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS STIMULATES AND CONTROL OUR HORMONES AND NERVE SYSTEM

  19. EVERY SINGLE THING IN EXISTENCE IS A CREATION OF THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS

  20. THOUGHT AND FEELINGS THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS OF YESTERDAY HAVE CREATED VERY STRONG ICPAR AS IT IS TODAY. AND TODAY S THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS WILL IMPACT THIS GREAT ORGANIZATION IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER

  21. HUMAN BEINGS ARE EMOTIONAL CREATURES AND WE COMMUNICATE OUR EMOTIONS CONSTANTLY BODY LANGUAGE WORD CHOICE TONE OF VOICE ACTIONS

  22. FEELING EMOTIONLESS CAN OFTEN BE A SYMPTOM OF MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS SUCH AS DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND POST TRAUMATIC DISORDER BUT BEING EMOTIONLESS PROVIDES YOU WITH A SENSE OF CONTROL IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES

  23. THE MIND THE MIND HAS POWERS. THESE POWERS ARE EITHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE AND ARE LOCKED OR RELEASED THROUGH OUR EMOTIONS

  24. THE POWER OF THE MIND EMOTIONS OF JOY, PEACE, SUCCESS, LOVE, GRATITUDE AND FORGIVENESS CAN REVERSE THE EFFECT OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS AND STIMULATE THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

  25. POSITIVE EMOTIONS POSITIVE EMOTIONS WORK TO UNDOING THE DAMAGE OF NEGATIVE EMOTIONS AND STRESS HAPPY PEOPLE ARE MORE CREATIVE, FIGHT OF DISEASES AND IMPROVE MORE SOCIAL INTERACTION

  26. HOLDING ON AN ISSUE FOR TOO LONG AND NOT SOLVING IT CAN INCREASE STRESS LEVELS WHICH CAN REDUCE INNOVATION, PRODUCTIVITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, DICISION MAKING, TEAMWORK, JOB PERFORMANCE AND THE SENSE OF WELLBEING

  27. SELF PITY IS ONE OF THE WAY THE VICTIM GIVE UP THE POWER DESTRUCTIVE THINKING ARE HELD IN NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

  28. THE PAST MOST PEOPLE ARE AFFECTED BY THE PAST MORE THAN THE NOW THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS OF THE PAST AND REGRETES CONSTANTLY PERMIATE OUR BRAIN INFLUENCING OUR DAILY ACTIONS

  29. MIND BODY CONNECTION EVERYTHING WE THINK, FEEDS OUR BRAIN AND GLANDS TO SECRETE HORMONES THESE HORMONES COMMAND EVERY METABOLIC AND CHEMICAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIONS OF OUR BODIES

  30. THE LIVER AND EMOTIONS THE LIVER HOLDS - NEGATIVE EMOTIONS ANGER, RESENTMENTS AND FEAR THESE ARE ASSOCIATED WITH DEGENERATIVE DISEASES LIKE CANCER

  31. WHEN OLD EMOTION CARRYING PROTEIN CELLS DIE: THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE OLD EMOTION 1. WILL PASS OUT OF THE BODY 2. BE TRANSFERRED TO NEW CELLS 3. STORED IN PROTEINS

  32. WHEN DEAD LIVER CELLS ARE RELEASED THEY PASS INTO THE BILE AND ARE DUMPED INTO THE BOWEL

  33. THE BOWEL THE BOWEL COLLECT ALL THE TOXINS AND DEPENDING WITH THE FORMS, MOST TOXINS ARE DUMPED INTO THE MUCOID PLAQUE

  34. WHAT IS MUCOID PLAQUE MUCOID PLAQUE BUILDS UP IN THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM, AND IS COMPRISED OF LAYERS OF DRIED MUCOUS, BACTERIA, FUNGI AND UNDIGESTED FOOD DEBRIS.

  35. MUCOID PLAQUE IT OCCURS BECAUSE OF THE CONTINUED CONSUMPTION OF OVERLY ACID FORMING FOODS SUCH AS MEAT, DAIRY, SALT, SUGAR, REFINED FLOURS, COOKED OILS, ALCOHOL, COFFEE, DRUGS AND TOXIC RESIDUES SUCH AS PESTICIDES AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTANTS.

  36. THESE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS ARE THE CAUSES OF SERIOUS DISEASES SO CALLED DEGENERATIVE DISEASES ON THE OTHER HAND REMOVE THE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS THROUGH A GOOD CLEANSING PROGRAM AND THE HEALING WILL BE AUTOMATIC

  37. THESE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS HELD UP IN PLAQUES NEEDS TO BE CLEANSED TO RELEASE THE VIGOUR, ENERGY, POWER, WISDOM HELD WITHIN

  38. NEGATIVE HABITS AND UNWANTED EMOTIONS CAN ONLY BE REMOVED THROUGH FASTING, OR CLEANSING WHEN THE MUCOID PLAQUES ARE REMOVED FROM THE BOWEL

  39. DONOR ORGAN PEOPLE WHO TAKE DONOR ORGAN REPORT STRONG EMOTIONS AND STRANGE DESIRES PREVIOUSLY UNKOWN TO THEM

  40. EATING WHILE UPSET WE CAN ASSIMILATE THE EMOTIONS WE ARE FEELING AS WE EAT AND INFLUENCE OUR EVERY THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS UPSET FEELINGS ACTUALLY CONTAMINATE THE FOOD WE EAT AND THOSE EMOTIONS BECOME PART OF OUR FLESH

  41. WATCHING MOVIES EMOTIONAL TRAUMA CONTINUE LONG AFTER WE HAVE CONSCIOUSLY FORGOTTEN TRAUMA IS A THOUGHT FORM

  42. BREAKING A BAD HABIT BREAKING ANY HABIT IS A BATTLE IT IS BATTLING WITH MENTAL EMOTIONAL PATTERNS - THOUGHT FORMS THE MOMENTS THESE THOUGHT FORMS ARE REMOVED, HABITS AND PATTERNS OF BEHAVIOUR CAN BE MORE EASILY CHANGED

  43. ANY THOUGHT FORM CAN REMAIN IN US INDEFINITELY UNTIL IT IS CONSCIOUSLY REMOVED THAT IS WHY IT IS DIFFICULT TO CHANGE HABITS

  44. THE POWER OF THE MIND OUR CELLS CHANGE ACCORDING TO A CHANGE IN OUR CONSCIOUSNESS STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THE POWER OF THE MIND OVER THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
