  4. 3D Animation Intern at Fukui Byora Fukui Byora is a manufacturing organization that creates different metal parts for electronics, automotive and medical industries. The CJCP student who worked here accomplished the following: Animated 7 different safety videos for factory workers to ensure safety protocols over a period of 10 months Created a fully rigged human character from scratch Utilized particle systems and created various effects for each shot Modeled characters by applying techniques such as: Texturing; Rigging; Animating; and, Lighting the scene

  5. International Sales & Marketing Intern at J.Morita MFG Corporation J. Morita MFG is an organization that develops, manufactures and distributes various healthcare equipment. The CJCP student who worked there accomplished the following: Implemented their own ideas into content creation for the International Sales & Marketing department; Tested and analyzed the effectiveness of the organization's products; and, Utilized marketing tools such as market segmentation targeting and positioning to complete tasks and projects

  6. Marketing Assistant at J. Morita MFG Corporation: During their time at J. Morita Corporation, a CJCP student was responsible for the following tasks: Revised documents and generated new documents in English; Customer relations management; Workflow optimization; Created an instruction video guide which required: Movie editing; Script writing; Translation; and, Project management and coordination Prepared a new website with English content, updated instruction manuals and created other marketing documents with Adobe programs such as: InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver

  7. Accounting Intern at PHC Holdings Corporation PHC Holdings Corporation develops, manufactures and sells medical equipment that manages diabetes for 125+ countries. The CJCP student who worked here accomplished the following: Facilitated the development of the English translation of the Accounts Receivable Management Handbook and presented a draft to their colleagues and then incorporated feedback into the handbook Utilized programs such as Oracle s PBCS and assessed the growth of different segments and their corresponding subsidiaries which were analyzed by KPIs Organized materials, notes and documents Hosted interactive activities, such as culture and language sessions, for over 15 employees with the aim to achieve mutual understanding between Canada and Japan

  8. Research & Business Consulting Intern at KPMG Ignition KPMG Ignition is an organization that manufactures digital fields and technology. The CJCP student who worked there accomplished the following: Assisted the team with the creation of the new Digital Solution and Innovation team; Automated a tax verification process that saved 50+ hours; and, Helped develop a new data visualization product for the financial advisory services team to promote to the clients

Digital Marketing Consultant Assistant Assist with ongoing social media and email campaigns Enhance the quality of the content on the organization's website(s) and social platforms through editing the content in English and uploading visuals Assist with website(s) and social media content using various applications and programs such as: InDesign; Illustrator; Dreamweaver UI, UX; Photoshop; Adobe Suite; and, etc.

Communications Assistant Update and revise instruction manuals and safety protocol booklets in English Draft and edit materials for the organization s website(s) Monitor and create content for the organization's website(s) and social media platforms Develop partnerships and coordinate promotional events, such as tradeshows and conferences

Product Research Intern Assist the marketing team to conduct corporate research on the organization's service and/or products Assist with organizing clients records Assist with the collection of data on consumer demographics and preferences to amplify product demand Assist staff with editing business proposals in English Support staff with the execution of multicultural events

Merchandising Intern Assist the marketing department by preparing advertising campaigns for the organization s products and/or services through social media platforms and conventional media Research marketing trends from other areas of the world and incorporate them into the merchandising department Coordinate promotional efforts with English-speaking partners through networking Assist with daily responsibilities like copying, printing and handling requests from cross-functional team members Assist with refilling key items and tracking inventory concerns regularly

Human Resources Intern Update and edit job requirements and descriptions in English for recruiting foreign workers Assist in organizing and overseeing hiring events and procedures Implement workshops in English to help Japanese colleagues practice speaking in English Update and edit training manuals/employee handbooks/employment policies/onboarding documents for new employees in English
