Complete Supplier Request form You ll be added to Expo s supplier database for future sourcing events Download & agree to our Supplier Code of Conduct Click here to complete the Supplier Request form and join the Expo supplier database Insert Company Name as per Trade License / Commercial Registration Upload Trade License / Commercial Registration Certificate if available | 2
Complete Supplier Request form Be sure to select all business categories to match your company s offerings Provide primary Contact Details. Additional contacts can be added later Select any relevant business category you would be open to sourcing opportunities from Expo 2020 Dubai | 3

Complete Supplier Registration by Invitation Provide all company and bank account information You will receive an invitation by email Subject: Invitation: Register to become a supplier with Expo City Dubai Before you are awarded a Purchase Order or Contract by Expo City Dubai, you will be invited to complete Supplier Registration via Ariba. This includes submission of all required company information and your banking information. Expo 2020 Dubai invites You will need an Ariba account to transact with Expo City Dubai throughout the procure-to-pay cycle Click here to access Ariba | 5
Login to your existing Ariba account If you don t have one, click Sign Up to complete account set up Sign up for a new Ariba account for your company Login if you already have an Ariba account for your company Refer to page X for account creation steps | 6
Complete supplier registration questionnaire Please complete all mandatory fields and submit Questionnaire includes Supplier Information provide your key company details SME Details confirm your SME classification status Contacts Details confirm your address and contact details Ultimate Parent Company confirm details of parent company (if relevant) Transaction Information email contacts for receiving POs Bank Information input your company s bank account details for future payment VAT / Tax Information provide your VAT details | 7

Complete supplier registration questionnaire Provide required Bank Account details Please carefully provide your complete Bank account details. Attach a bank reference letter or bank statement for the bank account you re adding. Follow on screen instructions & download bank help | 9

Update your registration details At any point, you can update your company s registration details with us 1 Login to your Ariba account here 1. Navigate to Ariba Proposals & Questionnaires 2. Click to open the Supplier Registration form 3. Click Revise Reponse button to edit your existing answers and re-submit 2 3 | 11
Register an account on Ariba for free It ll be required to respond to a sourcing event You will need an Ariba account to access and respond to the sourcing event on Ariba. It s free and quick to register. Go to the Ariba Supplier portal and click Register Now to complete set up. Click Register Now to set up a new account | 12
Create New account on Ariba Fill all (*) required information to set up your Ariba account Complete all required information and click Create Account | 13
Review potential duplicate accounts Ariba will identify any existing accounts based on the information provided Option: Continue to create new account on your email Click to Review accounts Matches are based on the information you provided Option: Contact the admin of existing account to join as a user | 14
Successful Ariba account setup You will receive Welcome email from Ariba Network with login details You will receive welcome email from Ariba Network. Email includes Account ID, Username details and other useful information required to operate their Ariba Network account. | 15
Access a sourcing event on Ariba from the email invitation You will receive an invitation by email Subject: Expo City Dubai has invited you to participate in an event Click here to login to Ariba and access the event Click on the link in the invite, to login to your Ariba account and access the sourcing event to start your response. 1 2 | 16
Review event timing and proceed to review Pre-Requisites Click on Review Prerequisites | 17
Complete the pre-requisite questions and submit Click to accept the standards terms Complete the pre- requisite questions Click OK to submit pre-requisites responses | 18
