Financial Report

Oregon SC Treasurer Brian Jeremiason

Economic Impact Report

The club generates more than $1.5 million in annual spending within the local
Oregon economy, according to a report by the Fiscal and Economic Research
Center (FERC) at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
We commissioned the survey — all of those costs went to pay the student
researchers who spent four full days in Oregon last fall collecting data at the
fields, then analyzed that data and compiled the report.
The full report is on the club website.

Jaycee Park West Renovation / Fields

The first phase of the Jaycee Park West renovation project was approved by
the Village Board.
It hasn’t been announced yet when the project will begin. The Village has
given us permission to use Jaycee Park West fields until the project begins.
We are using several parks and areas that are new to the club, including Stone
Ridge Park, Windcrest Park, an area next to the building that will become the
new Village Hall and another across the street next to Mueller-Graber Dental.
We’re also using fields at some locations where we haven’t been in recent
years, including Oregon Middle School and Bergamont Park.

Fields, cont.

Please help us be good community members in these new parks/areas and at
all of the fields allocated for our use. Be sure to enter at park entrances —
don’t walk through people’s yards — don’t be rude or disrespectful and make
sure we’re picking up garbage and other items.
We continue to have discussions with the Village, the Oregon School District
and other entities about possible future field use.
