Empowering Experts by Experience: The Role and Impact of EBE Teams in CoSS
Empowering Experts by Experience (EBE) teams within City of Sanctuary Sheffield provide a platform for individuals with lived sanctuary-seeking experiences to lead the organization, make recommendations, review policies, and address feedback. The team's crucial role includes advocating for volunteers and beneficiaries, influencing strategy development, and actively participating in trustees' meetings. Embedded within CoSS, the EBE team contributes to the long-term strategic development of the organization.
