New Regional Model o Working across the Yorkshire and Humber region o Enquiries come to main enquiry lines/email addresses in each area, East, South & West Yorkshire o Full and detailed trauma informed triage undertaken at initial point of contact o Returning clients: new issue = new triage o Signposting/referrals if out of remit o Accepted referrals prioritised by RAG rating
