  2. 3 IPEX Board meetings: 6 May 2022, 21 October 2022, 20 January 2023 MEETINGS UNDER THE SLOVENIAN CHAIRMANSHIP Annual IPEX National Correspondents meeting: 27-28 October 2022 in Ljubljana IPEX Now meeting: 21 June 2022 Working groups meetings

  3. IPEX ROLLING WORK PROGRAMME Implementation of the tasks set up in the IPEX Rolling Work Program 2021 2023 raising awareness of the role of IPEX within interparliamentary cooperation adjustments to users needs and finally to ensuring the technical accuracy, accessibility and reliability of the IPEX

  4. IPEX ROLLING WORK PROGRAMME 3 working groups established by the Board: WG on Content, WG on Promotion and Social Media, WG on Training 2 working groups outside the scope of the RWP: WG on IPEX Guidelines, Steering Group for IPEX v3

  5. WORKING GROUP ON CONTENT Working Group on Content was tasked with developing a follow-up to the baseline study focus on new insights of the use of IPEX and the strengthening of interparliamentary networks has met several times in order to prepare the IPEX follow-up study to be conducted in 2023 analysis for better understanding of the user s needs and identifying IPEX functions to be developed or promoted

  6. WORKING GROUP ON TRAINING providing support to the National Correspondents constantly updating of the training materials (the latest in January 2023) Training of the IPEX correspondents was also one of the sessions at IPEX National Correspondents Desire to make training materials more visible and accessible

  7. WORKING GROUP ON PROMOTION AND SOCIAL MEDIA WG created a visual identity, which is composed of three visual identity packs New content on the IPEX website working on two questionnaires: - Online Survey - to understand the general audience of the website, capture how they use the website and to improve social media targeting - Questionnaire for Academics - how academics use and experience the IPEX Identification of possible IPEX influencers and promotion on social media

  8. WORKING GROUP FOR REVISION OF IPEX GUIDELINES revision of the IPEX Guidelines was needed after the launch of the IPEX v3 and its new functionalities Set-up of the Working Group on 6 May 2022 the aim of preparing a draft document containing updated IPEX Guidelines WG reached a consensus on a proposal in December 2022 Proposal of the new IPEX Guidelines endorsed by the IPEX Board in January 2023

  9. STEERING GROUP ON IPEX v3 five bigger releases aimed at making the IPEX platform more reliable and accessible reviewing any technical errors which occur during the testing period guarantees a swift and smooth technical development of IPEX

  10. ANNUAL NATIONAL CORRESPONDENTS MEETING Held in person in Ljubljana general training - basic functionalities of the platform two workshops dedicated to discussions on how to utilize and upgrade IPEX to its full potential

  11. COOPERATION WITH DEMOCRACY SUPPORT NETWORK Strengthened cooperation with DSN Call to all national parliaments to update all relevant information and share it via website and network

  12. FUTURE OF IPEX invitations to the Parliaments of the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina Users Conference in Portugal in 2023 New composition of the IPEX Board
