  5. Merge into the American Athletic Conference Schools in AAC include: East Carolina, Memphis, Navy, USF, SMU, Temple, Tulane, Tulsa, Wichita State, UAB, UNC Charlotte, North Texas, Rice, and UTSA. TV appearance average over the past five years comparisons: Football: UCF 11 FAU 3.4; Basketball UCF 15.8 FAU 1.2 TV revenue will go from under $500k in current deal with Conference USA to 2.5M in year one of the new agreement and an average of $3.8M per year after that. Other areas for potential increased revenue includes: Corporate sponsorships, Ticket sales, Fundraising, Merchandise licensing fees, Parking, Concessions, Etc., due to an enhanced conference affiliation and bringing in better teams coming into our stadium.   6. Mens Basketball Final Four! Coach Dusty May named CBS National Coach of the Year, Ranked #5 Nationally at the end of the Season. Softball Currently Sits atop the C-USA, and on a 7-game winning streak. Beach Volleyball Currently Ranked #15. Baseball: Coach McCormick earned his 500th victory, defeated #15 FGCU and #11 Miami. Men s Soccer: Alonso Coello Camerero becomes the first FAU owl to sign a First Team MLS contract after signing with the Toronto FC. Athletic Accolades

  7. Development 2022-2023 FAU Athletics received a $5 million gift commitment from Michelle and Michael Hagerty. In recognition of the gift, the areas housing the majority of the FAU athletics facilities will now be known as the Hagerty Family Athletics Village. The gift will go toward renovations and improvements of the Hagerty Family Track and Field Complex, the Tom Oxley Athletic Center, Abessinio Court at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena, Kimberly V. Strauss Tennis Center, FAU Swimming Facility, FAU Softball Stadium, FAU Soccer Stadium, FAU Baseball Stadium, and FAU Beach Volleyball Complex, which are all included in the footprint of the Hagerty Family Athletics Village footprint. FAU Athletics received a $7.5 million gift commitment from Eleanor R. Baldwin. In recognition of the gift, the FAU basketball and volleyball facility will now be known as the Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena. Baldwin s generous gift will be instrumental in renovating and improving the arena, which will provide an enhanced experience within the facility for student-athletes and all stakeholders.
