3. Name - Kumari Arunima Sen DOB - 31/10/2001 State - Karnataka Field - Innovation Kumari Arunima Sen is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for her excellence in the field of Innovation. She has developed a model for energy efficient skyscraper, solution to increase barley yield and a device that determines micronutrient levels in a body using strands of hair. 3

Name - Master Aswath Suryanarayanan DOB - 18/07/2002 State - Tamil Nadu Field - Innovation Master Aswath Suryanarayanan Sen is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Innovation. He has several unique research projects to his credit such as Magnetically operated Kinetic Car (MAGOKIN) , and Mathematical model for managing space debris. 4

Name - Master Naisargik Lenka DOB - 27/01/2003 State - Odisha Field - Innovation Master Naisargik Lenka is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Innovation. He has provided innovative solution for Remediation of contaminated soil and water using an optimized strain (Anabaena cylindrica) immobilised in polymer matrix, a novel method of treating municipal waste water namely Waste to wealth and a smart toilet model namely Swachh APT . 5

Name - Master A U Nachiketh Kumar DOB - 01/04/2002 State - Karnataka Field - Innovation Master A U Nachiketh Kumar is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Innovation. He has prepared standard rubber sheet from a fruit named Bilimbi (Averrhoa bilimbi) as a sustainable and environment friendly substitute for rubber latex created from formic acid by farmers. 6

7. Name - Master Madhav Lavakare DOB - 22/05/2001 State - Delhi Field - Innovation Master Madhav Lavakare is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Innovation. He coined an extremely affordable wearable assistive device for the hearing impaired named as Transcribe . It is a smart glass that works as a live-time captioning system (in 132 languages) which converts speech to text and project it on a heads-up display. It aims to bridge the communication gap between hearing impaired persons and those with hearing ability but not knowing sign language. 7

Name - Master Aryamaan Lakhotia DOB - 16/11/2001 State - West Bengal Field - Social Service Master Aryamaan Lakhotia is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Social Service. He founded ToyJoy with the mission of collecting and distributing toys to the underprivileged children in Kolkata. The organisation has spread to seven cities. Toy-Joy has spread joy to more than 10,000 children 8

Name - Kumari Prathyaksha B R DOB - 18/03/2003 State - Karnataka Field - Social Service Kumari Prathyaksha B R is being awarded with the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Social Service. She has been spreading awareness about importance of toilet in a home through theatre and street play. She has conducted 119 shows of one act play paikanne in remote Karnataka villages and inspired and motivated many villagers to construct toilets in their home. She has donated her earnings and savings to PM Fund 9

Name - Kumari Eiha Dixit DOB - 29/09/2012 State - Uttar Pradesh Field - Social Service Kumari Eiha Dixit is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for her excellence in the field of Social Service. She is a young environmentalist who has planted record 1008 saplings on her last birthday. She promotes plantation on occasions like birthday and weddings to save the World from Global warming and pollution. 10

Name - Master Ayushman Tripathy DOB - 24/01/2001 State - Odisha Field - Scholastic Master Ayushman Tripathy is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Scholastics. He has deep interests in mathematics and Science. He has won numerous accolades for his scholastic abilities at National and International level including International Junior Science Olympiad, 2016 held at Bali, Indonesia. He has represented India in Global Youth Leaders Conference 2018 inUSA. 11

12. Name - Kumari Megha Bose DOB - 10/07/2001 State - Rajasthan Field - Scholastic Kumari Megha Bose is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for her excellence in the field of Scholastics. She has numerous feats to her credit including place in top 1% in National standard examination in Astronomy, selection in National Informatics Olympiad, holds International rank 3 in 9th SOF International outstanding performance in United International English Olympiad and 100 percent score in Australian National Chemistry Quiz Mathematics Olympiad, 12

Name - Master Nishant Dhankhar DOB - 08/03/2003 State - Delhi Field - Scholastic Master Nishant Dhankhar is being awarded with the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Scholastics. He is a gifted mathematics genius having won many international and national mathematics competitions. His project an Szemerdi stheorem has been internationally acknowledged and appreciated. 13

14. Name - Master Raam M DOB - 10/04/2006 State - Tamil Nadu Field - Art & Culture Master Raam M is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Art & Culture. He is a 12 year old versatile music maestro honing his skills in Carnatic Vocal, Mridangam and Western keyboard. He is the youngest Indian to have succeeded with distinction in final (8th) grade examination by Trinity College, London. He has given more than 25 Carnatic Music Concerts. 14

Name - Master Dev Dushyant kumar Joshi DOB - 28/11/2000 State - Gujarat Field - Art & Culture Master Dev Dushyantkumar is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Art & Culture. His acting talent has earned him multiple awards and recognition nationally and Internationally. He has been acknowledged for his role of a kid super hero BaalVeer in a TV serial. 15

Name - Master Vinayaka M DOB - 18/11/2002 State - Karnataka Field - Art & Culture Master Vinayaka M is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Art & Culture. He is a versatile artist and has given several stupendous performances in Hindustani vocal, tabla, harmonium, synthesizer & western keyboard. His musical talent has been recognized nationally and Internationally. 16

Name - Master Aryaman Agarwal DOB - 05/02/2001 State - West Bengal Field - Art & Culture Master Aryaman Agarwal is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Art & Culture. He is a young Magician, who presents magic tricks under conjuring, semi-illusion, stage magic & table magic categories. He is an master percussionist acknowledged as youngest Tabla performer by Guinness Book of World records. He is an established radio and TV artist, who has given more than 200 live performances. 18

19. Name - Kumari Shivangi DOB - 10/07/2001 State - Haryana Field - Sports Kumari Shivangi Pathak is being awarded with the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for her excellence in the field of Sports. A mountaineering enthusiast, She is the youngest girl from India to climb Mount Everest from Nepal side. She has also conquered Mount Kilimanjaro, highest mountain in Africa and Mount Elbrus, highest mountain in Europe. 19

20. Name - Master R Praggnanandhaa DOB - 10/08/2005 State - Tamil Nadu Field - Sports Master R. Praggnanandhaa is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Sports. He is the youngest Grandmaster in India and second youngest grandmaster in World. He is youngest International master in World. His enormous talent and prowess and has made India proud at International Stage. 20

21. Name - Master Esow DOB - 10/03/2001 State - Andaman & Nicobar Island Field - Sports Master Esow is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Sports. He has been awarded as Junior World No. 1 at the UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championship in Aigle, Switzerland. A resident of Car Nicobar, he has created new meet record in National track cycle championship, 2016 21

22. Name - Master Priyam Tated DOB - 24/10/2003 State - Andhra Pradesh Field - Sports Master Priyam Tated is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Sports. He is a spectacular performer in the field of Roller/Figure Skating. He has earned several awards at International and National level. 22

23. Name - Master Anish DOB - 26/09/2002 State - Haryana Field - Sports Master Anish is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Sports. He is a young Indian Shooter. He has won Gold Medal in XXI Commonwealth games, Gold Coast in 2018 with new finals games record and Commonwealth Shooting Championship 2017. silver medal in senior 23

Name - Kumari Angel Vijay Deokule DOB - 05/08/2008 State - Maharashtra Field - Sports Kumari Angel Vijay Deokule is being awarded the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for her excellence in the field of Sports. She is a young player of SQAY martial arts. She has represented India in various International championships and brought laurels. Selected for upcoming SQAY World Championship from team India in Malaysia. 24

Name - Master Kartik Kumar Goyal DOB - 03/11/2004 State - Madhya Pradesh Field - Bravery (Joint Award with Kumari Adrika Goyal ) Master Kartik Kumar Goyal & Kumari Adrika Goyal are being awarded jointly the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for their excellence in the field of Bravery. The children showed exemplary courage and humanity during riots, stone pelting and curfew during bharat band in Morena, MP, on 2nd April 2018. The children provided food, water, medicine and first aid to the panicked passengers of the train no 18238 (UP Chattisgarh express) which was taken in possession by rioters. 25

Name - Kumari Adrika Goyal DOB - 18/07/2008 State - Madhya Pradesh Field - Bravery (Joint Award with Master Kartik Kumar Goyal) Master Kartik Kumar Goyal & Kumari Adrika Goyal are being awarded jointly the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for their excellence in the field of Bravery. The children showed exemplary courage and humanity during riots, stone pelting and curfew during bharat band in Morena, MP, on 2nd April 2018. Name - Master Nikhil Jituri DOB - 16/10/2000 State - Karnataka Field - Bravery Master Nikhil Dayanand Jituri is being awarded with the Baal Shakti Puraskar 2018 for his excellence in the field of Bravery. He saved the life of a two year old child who accidentally fell in a 150 feet deep open well, with around 15 feet of water. He jumped into the well without any hesitation and picked up the baby which was lying upside down, pumped the water out of baby s stomach and sent the baby up in a bucket, before coming out himself. 27

28. Name - Sh. Tashi Namgyal DOB - 27/08/1964 State - Himachal Pradesh Field - Child Development Mr. Tashi Namgyal is being awarded the Baal Kalyan Puraskar 2017 (Individual) for servicing the cause of child welfare. He has been supporting the education of young children from poor economic background in Spiti valley and makes provisions for mainstreaming them. As founder of the Rinchen Zangpo Society he runs five educational and residential schools in and outside Spiti valley in Himachal Pradesh, where more than 1000 children have benefitted. 28

Name - Dr. Sridhar Reddy Arumalla DOB - 21/12/1967 State - Andhra Pradesh Field - Child Welfare Dr. Sridhar Reddy Arumalla is being awarded with the Baal Kalyan Puraskar 2017 (Individual) for giving services for the cause of the children in the field of Child Welfare. He has conducted free dental check-ups and treatments for over 8.5 Lacs children till date. He has been taking care of street children and runaway kids who are most vulnerable to exploitation and sexual abuse. He is running 3 homes for the children where they are provided food, shelter and education to lead a dignified life. 29

30. Name - Rangakahale Contact Person - B L Gowramma State - Karnataka Field - Child Development The Institution has been meticulously working towards child welfare and development for over 20 years. Their aim is to find out the inner talent within poor and under privileged children in the field of culture, training them in their personal interests like drama, dance, singing etc. and providing them the right stage to perform for free of cost. More than 500 children from Rangakahale got chance to work in Southern film Industry. 30

Name - Samugam Trust(Jaly Home) Contact Person Bruno Savio State - Puducherry Field - Child Welfare, Child Protection, Child Development Samungam Trust (Jaly home) has been consistently working with the children of Narikuravar tribe in Puducherry. The children were living their life by rag picking and consuming foods from the garbage. Samungam uplifted their lives by engaging them in a day care center. They also arranged capital assistance for helping them start their own small enterprises. 31

Name - Hand in Hand India Contact Person Sahaana Sankar State - Tamil Nadu Field - Child Welfare, Child Protection, Child Development Hand in Hand India has been working for eradicating child labour. The organisation has so far motivated and enrolled over 3 lacs children in Government schools. HIH India also run Transit schools where coaching is provided to 10th standard failed students, resulting in over 5000 students passing in their 10th standard Board exams. Through Children learning Centres, the Organisation offers after school academic support to around 1.5 lacs slow learners between class 2 to 5 from government schools. 32
