Toys falling under the CE marking directive 2009/48/EC must adhere to specific compliance criteria outlined in technical files, including detailed design descriptions, safety assessments, conformity assessment procedures, and adherence to harmonized standards like EN 71. Ensuring proper washing/cleaning instructions, CE marking visibility, importer/manufacturer identification, and product ID details are essential to meet regulatory standards for textile toys intended for young children.
