NEW examples in R149 Annex 13 (real size of the marking) The lamp bearing the approval marks shown on the left is a passing beam headlamp (C) combined with a day-time running lamp (RL) using a plastic lens (PL) approved in Belgium (E6). The passing beam headlamp pursuant to this Regulation 149R as amended by the 01 series of amendments (01) is approved under approval number 3008 for right-hand traffic and under approval number 3009 for left-hand traffic (arrow). The day-time running lamp (RL) as set in the original series of amendments (00) of the Regulation on Light Signalling Devices 148R is approved under both approval numbers. All three lamps (functions) are approved in Spain (E9) under approval number 1199.
