  3. What is FMS4? Franchise Management System Used by - Franchisors National Call Centre National Office Jim s Online is your link to FMS4 Link between both programs is in real time

  4. What is so good about it? Allocates leads in a fair and equitable manner. Holds historical data to enable us to back track and determine how/why did something happen. Contains tools to tailor your business to suit you.

  5. What is a lead? A Lead is a page or text sent to you about a client wanting a service. Requires you to follow-up with the client All new Leads attract a lead fee' charge Clearly denoted by a $ sign in the page/text. Calculated and invoiced monthly

  6. Territorial Rights You have exclusive right to all NEW leads within your own territory, as long as you are recorded as asking for work. Exception: Same Day Service No one else can own, buy or overlap with the territory that you have purchased. The clients in your territory will add to increasing the value of your business.

  7. Where / When Can I Take Work? You can choose where to take work Territory Local area All areas Zones You can choose when to take work Which days/times Changes can be made Hourly Day to day

All Franchisees covering the suburb for that service 4. A Franchisee from another region in the same division 5. Client advised no-one available. Job listed as Unserviced. 6.

  11. Receiving Lead Details The paged text message will include: What sort of message you are receiving $ if a lead fee is incurred Clients name & address Map reference Contact number/s Email address Service required Time and date of it being sent Any relevant information for the job
