Project Overview Architect Schooley Caldwell + Evoke Current Bidding Window: mid-late March 2024 Construction start late May 2024 Barnett Branch Renovation & Addition to existing branch 22,000 sq. ft. Estimated direct construction cost: $10.2M

All proposals are due via email and/or in-person by noon on 12/12/23. If emailing the proposals can be sent to: procurement@columbuslibrary.org.. Each bidder is required to have an E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (a SPIN number) Questions during bid period email Mona Mawalkar at mmawalkar@columbuslibrary.org AND Litany Zenz at lzenz@tcco.com All questions must be submitted by close of business, Monday, December 4, 2023 Scope Reviews will occur on 12/13 & 12/14.
