ACGME Survey Information Only aggregate data provided PD does NOT take survey Faculty Specialty: core phys & non-phys faculty Subspecialty: all phys & non-phys faculty 70% response rate > 4 faculty (UF wants 100%) for annual report 100% < 4 faculty (up to 4 yrs multi-year reports provided if response rate met Residents/Fellows all Active except off-cycle status with start date later than 8/31 not scheduled 100% < 4 residents/fellows (up to 4 yrs multi-year reports provided if response rate met TIP: make sure ADS faculty & resident/fellow rosters are updated

  5. Survey Visuals 5 point scales lowest two and middle or neutral choices are considered non-compliant Trending: Downward, stable, or upwards?

Survey Data Program Your Program Specialty e.g. all Anesthesiology Program National ALL programs (Int Med, Anesthesia, Surgery, Psychiatry, etc.) Your program is compared to National data as questions pertain to Common Program Requirements (required of all types of programs) 5 point Likert Scale answers 2 most negative PLUS neutral response are considered non-compliant do not coach them how to answer, but be sure that everyone knows that neutral responses are also considered non-compliant
