  2. Ceremony Dates Fall: Friday, November 2nd, 2018 All students at 18:00 Winter: Sunday, March 10th, 2019 BioResource, Civil, Mechanical & Materials at 13:00 Chemical, ECSE, Mining at 15:30

  3. What you need to do 1.Ensure your Graduation Date 2.Fill out the Graduation Package 3.Come get fitted and pay during tabling times

  4. Graduation Package Sent out in Pipeline Must fill out before paying

  5. Iron Ring Fittings, Tabling Dates Fall Ceremony: Tabling TBA Winter Ceremony: Tabling TBA

  6. Cost $80.00 Includes: Iron Ring, Ceremony, Three Wine&Cheese Tickets

  7. Presenter (at ceremony) Only one person can attend the ceremony with you - your presenter*: Obligated Engineer Wearing an engineering Iron Ring (must have their Iron Ring for more than 3 years) *Some Professors will be there for students who do not have a presenter

  8. About the ceremony Instructions for presenters No photos No late arrivals (door will be closed) Other family members (wait time)

  9. Wine & Cheese Reception (Guests) Your package includes 3 tickets for the wine & cheese, one for yourself and two for your guests Contact the grad committee to purchase extra tickets ($25.00 each additional ticket)

  10. On the Day Dress: Business Casual Locations: Ceremony- Redpath Hall Wine&Cheese- Trottier Floors 1&2

  11. Iron Ring Ceremony - Photos Photos can ONLY be taken after the ceremony

  12. Wrong size? FREE one-month exchange period following your ceremony Drop-in hours at MESC (FDA 22): Tuesdays 10:00 11:00 am Thursdays 3:00 4:00 pm More info: ironring-info.engineering@mcgill.ca

  13. You lost your ring? In person (drop-in hours), by mail or online replacements More info: ironring-info.engineering@mcgill.ca IMPORTANT: No replacement can be done within a 3-month period following the ceremony you attended Cost: $25.00

  14. You missed the ceremony? You can attend another McGill iron ring ceremony up to 1 year after you have graduated. Email us and let us know about your situation: ironring-info.engineering@mcgill.ca

  15. You unfortunately have to postpone your graduation? You must attend next term ceremony. Please Email us and let us know about your situation: ironring-info.engineering@mcgill.ca
