Virtual Calming Room Sometimes life gets challenging or overwhelming. We may feel like we may need help calming down. This Calming Room was created to help students, families and staff explore strategies to deal with those challenges. When you feel you need help coping with feelings or calming down, here are some resources to help you find new ways to manage life and emotions.
