  4. Agenda Item III. CARES Act CDBG-CV3 Update New Heights Free Clinic Request New Heights Clinic is seeking funding to acquire a modular medical clinic of approximately 3,000 square feet. This facility will allow New Heights to resume in-person patient visits when needed during the pandemic and will provide increased capacity as well as a more suitable facility for the increased caseload expected as a result of the pandemic and its economic and medical effects. The reason for seeking a modular clinic is that it can be built and opened for use in 4-6 months. The facility will have a reasonable useful life of at least 10 years, and likely longer.
