Texas Cybersecurity Compliance Program (TCCP) A partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment and UTSA SBDC Center for Government Contracting to implement a Cooperative Agreement for 18-months Project Goal: Increase number of DFARS and NIST compliant DoD contractors Conduct statewide training to 300 companies on NIST and DFARS requirements Scope of Work: Small Business Cybersecurity Training Academy Cyber Physical Security Awareness Workshops Cyber Physical Security Assessments Target companies: Manufacturers DoD Contractors

  2. Deliverables 10 Small Business Cybersecurity Training Academy sessions of at least 25 companies each session It is proposed to conduct at least 2 SBTCA sessions in each SBDC Network region Cyber Physical Security Assessments

  3. Deliverables (cont.) 20 workshops on Cyber Physical Security Awareness for at least 25 companies each session The following sites are being proposed San Antonio Dallas Houston Corpus Christi Lubbock El Paso Waco Killeen Ft. Worth Wichita Falls Laredo

  4. Collaborative Partners Texas SBDC Networks: SWTXB; North Texas; North West Texas; Gulf Coast Office of the Governor Assistance is needed to market and coordinate logistics in your respective areas Partnering with existing activities/events is also desirable No cost to business participants for workshops $200 per company for SBCTA to cover cost of materials Currently determining cost of business participant for assessment in which a portion may be refunded after assessment is completed. Discussion on proposed dates for scheduling events
