Purpose: Provides individual level college enrollment and
graduation data for a specific group of K-12 students
Cohort: Dropouts and Graduates based on last academic year of
K-12 enrollment
What’s Included: Demographics, MCAs, AP & IB, ACT, GED, ABE,
MCCC, PS Enrollment, PS Completion, and 
Employment
Materials to reference on the Sharepoint site: K-12 data mart
fields, K12 data help doc; SLEDS Data Dictionary

Logging In
 
SLEDS is using a newer log-in process. A data sharing
agreement is still needed between the user and
SLEDS.
 
New features include:
Users create their own accounts in the EDIAM
system
Anita Larson at MDE approves access to all of
the districts in the user’s Region
Access is good for 365 days from the date of
approval

exit from high school
