Roi & TCO Payback of 3 + years is achievable but is site specific based hours, lux levels, & lcms. TCO s should include all costs energy, lamps ,demand charges, EWP s, labour & lamps, and failed gaskets if applicable. We are now doing whole of council costing's Project price verse whole of life savings .
