1. Lighting for the Thaiphoon (5 Church street) Site plan The lights listed in this plan may change in brand, model or technical aspects. The lighting will stay within the required technical tolerances listed for the TC zone in the lighting section of the Vernon Land development document. The only lights listed that will stay the same in brand, model and technical lighting aspects are the Hadco Independence street edge lights. These are not to be changed in order to stay within the Town Center lighting design theme and lighting requirements Mostly downward facing and cutoff lights are used around the building to ensure light does not go beyond the 5 Church street property s perimeter

2. Any decorative, spot and flood lights used will stay within the Town Center design theme and lighting requirements All lights will be turned off after hours, with the exception of the following lights: Front Entrance decorative and door lights Gable lights Sign lights This Lighting plan is consistent and adheres to what is described in the Vernon Land development document (section 330-80)

3. Kitchen perimeter Loading dock/trash lights Two Gardco lighting PWS Pureform led sconce lights will be used for Downward gable lighting (4000k/2500Lumens) exit E Kitchen Three Gardco Lighting 111L led sconces will illuminate the kitchen perimeter and part of the parking lot (4000k/1500Lumens) Main Building Gable lights E Sign Omega Drive Five V151 Hadco Light fixtures will be used for the outer perimeter of the parking lots (Minimum of 16 lux/1.5 foot candles of light each as per TC zone requirements) E E Perimeter parking lights H Front entrance and doorway lights Building will have a sign with downward facing led lights Brick Post lights Front entrance will have 2 decorative wall lights and 1 recessed doorway light exit Outdoor seating area will have 2 brick post perimeter lights Church Street
