CALICE CALICE representation The proposal of the French groups to have a group-based representation is almost accepted. So an Institution Board will replace the Steering Board. In Addition there will be an advisory board (4 ex officio + 4 elected) CALICE meetings - A few attendees in Arlington meeting -Several candidates for the future meetings : the choice of the place of the next meeting is not yet decided. It could be a short meeting at Santa Cruz in California or usual one in LLR. Decision will be taken by the SB when information of the ALCW meeting is made known. Correlation with CHEF meeting in Lyon will be discussed
CALICE CALICE publication policy A document is circulated to remind the rules of publication in CALICE. A list of authors is to be provided and updated by the different group leaders. Please send your updated list to F. Simon if you did not do yet CALICE scientific achievements - - A common ECAL-SDHCAL TB. A successful test of a common DAQ. AHCAL is progressing: better SiPM (low noise) and new protocols to assemble/produce the tiles. First attempt to use timing in SDHCAL (simulation+hardware) Several papers in 2016 - -
ILC&CEPC&FCCee&CLIC - - - - ILC Decision not before 2018. Official collaboration between MEXT and DOE New LCC structure decided at ICFA meeting at ICHEP Detailed information sent by M.Winter on the progress.. - - CECP R&D funding of 1 milion Yuan The proposal to have the CECP as one of the 4-year governmental plans was rejected. CECP management is looking for other funding agencies FCCee & CLIC
