Directors
 
Our Board of Directors have been working hard and the
chemistry amongst us is exceptional. There have,
however, been changes since our last update. Our
current board consists of:

Exciting New
Updates!
 
We have filed for non-profit
status.
We hope to become an official
501c3 organization very soon;
we are currently waiting to
hear back regarding our status.
 
 
We have hired our first WCW
employee!
Sarah Hague is now serving as
our Program Assistant, and is
currently working to help us
with grants, scheduling,
communications, special
projects, and administrative
details. This position has been
funded by the generous
donations of several
community members.

Highlights:
 
Community Outreach Committee
Collaborated with 
North Glen Village Property Management
; met
with residents to build relationships, be informed of needs, and
offered information regarding support and resources in Westfield
and surrounding areas.
Partnered with 
Westfield Washington School District
; met with
parents and students during back to school events to inform them
of resources and non-profit organizations in Westfield and
Hamilton County.
Created a 
Resource Guide
 that includes information regarding
Mental Health, Financial Support, Housing, Food and Medical
Assistance in Westfield and Hamilton County.
Organized a 
day of service
 in North Glen to clean up properties,
paint, and perform maintenance.
Performed community outreach to Casey Acres. Met residents,
addressed needs, 
provided resources
, invited residents to
Thanksgiving Dinner.

Mental Health Committee
Trained over 
50 community members
 in QPR & Psychological First Aid,
including a training specifically for veterans and families.
Hosted a 
community wide
 awareness campaign for Mental Health
Awareness Month "You Are Enough" in cooperation with Chamber,
Township, Schools, Coalition, Parent University, City of Westfield,
NAMI Greater Indianapolis.
Cultivated a relationship with 
National Alliance of Mental Illness
(NAMI)
Presented
 at the Chamber Lunch (Stigma-Free Workplace) - 2 - 3
businesses have connected with NAMI.
Provided an 8 week Mind Body Medicine Skills Group to 
21 local
leaders.

promote and engage the community. Organizations include
Westfield Library, Westfield Police Department, Westfield Welcome,
Christ United Methodist Church of Westfield, YMCA of Westfield IN.

 for Wellbeing Coalition and touched multiple families
with numbers totaling more than 
500 people 
across all events.
Raised donations totaling $1,785.00
 for local organization such as
Heart and Soul Clinic, Fallen Hoosier Heroes, Youth Assistance and
the Wellbeing Coalition.
Had several 
local sponsors
 including Jan’s Pizza, Your CBD store, G&G
Custom Homes, WKRP Indy, Joyfully Career Strategy & Confidence
Coaching and Sundown Gardens make generous donations.
Partnered with CUMC for Friendsgiving Dinner

The Wellbeing Coalition of Westfield:
Will host our city’s first Westfield Wellbeing Fair
Will be sending out an end of the year newsletter highlighting
past events, future events, and ways for to volunteers to get
involved.
Will be creating digital flyers the Westfield Welcome will
distribute in their packets to all new Westfield families.
Will work on adding all events to the Westfield Calendar that were
planned at our 2022 Connections Planning Meeting last week.
