  1. Kitsap Transit SR 104 and Bond Road (SR 307) Park and Ride

  2. Project Description New connection to Downtown Regional Center and MICs. Located along corridor serving Regional Centers and MICs. Relief/new option from the congested SR 305 corridor. In 2017 Kitsap Transit evaluated the feasibility of a park and ride facility located near the intersection of SR 104 and Bond Road Northeast (SR 307). This grant request will fund preliminary engineering and construction of the preferred alternative consisting of a center bus loading platform and park and ride providing up to 215 parking stalls. Kitsap Transit intends to coordinate with WSDOT to widen a portion of SR 104 for turn pockets into the site in order to improve safety and enhance transit operations.
