  21. Letters of Support (2 of 2) **Note: Letters of support may not be provided by SCDD Council members or staff, State department appointees, or entities that will receive any funding from the proposed project

  22. Proposal Checklist This is a list of all of the required attachments Must be included as an attachment

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Letter of Commitment (if required) Only for those projects that require a formal agreement with another entity in order to carry out the work of the project May pertain to the use of funds, facilities or access to a program, school or other entity May also pertain to coordination between agencies to achieve the aims of the proposed project
