The GROW Model is based on the establishment of a certain long-term or short-term goal that needs to be achieved, on the awareness regarding the current situation, and the identification of the available options or obstacles that may be in the way, in order to finally take action and successfully achieve the goal that has been set. The first step when following the FUEL Model is to frame the conversation, defining its focus and purpose. It is important to understand the current situation and the individuals perspectives, in order to help them explore, then, the desired state and identify how they want their future to be. Finally, a success plan can be laid out, identifying the necessary actions with clear steps and timeline. Agripreneurs can use the FUEL Model in order to encourage and stimulate their employees, assist them in having a better structure of their thinking and gain clarity and awareness, allowing them to make their own decisions. This way the individual can grow and a successful coaching relationship is developed. Module 7: People Management and Human Resources
