  1. 2020 SME DIGITAL AWARDS NOMINATIONS SUBMISSION TEMPLATE Erase all SME Instructions before submitting your case study and adjust the look & feel of the presentation to your brand s campaign keep in mind that this presentation is what the judges see!

  2. ENTRY GUIDELINES HIGHLIGHTS & DEADLINE DEADLINES: March 20, 2020 for Early Bird Fee | March 31, 2020 for Regular Entry Fee | April 6, 2020 for Last Chance Fee 1. Refer to SME Digital Awards Rules & Procedures for changes and all the details regarding nominations before starting. 2. Fill out the entry form and pay the entry fee online. If an entry is submitted to multiple categories, fees are payable for each category in which an entry is submitted. Payments by check need to be received by the SME before the local Jury starts to review the entries or the Nomination will be disqualified. New: Entries can compete as Local or International Market executions. 3. Include all requested information and materials using the SME s PowerPoint template as a guide, the look & feel can be branded according to the submission. NEW: Also include a one-page Summary, view details in Rules & Procedures. 4. Keep in mind that for each category there are a minimum of required metrics to show results, view details in Rules & Procedures. 5. Keep in mind that an International Jury will be selecting the 2020 winners. A Local Jury will select the shortlist. 6. The submitted entry package will be used for judging purposes, make sure images and videos are imported or linked into the document. 7. Participants should highlight what were the promotion s or campaign goals, timing, strategy and results. Required: provide at least two screen shots of third-party analytics reports. New: include project performance across the funnel stages. 8. Participating campaigns or projects can only compete in up to 3 categories. Each category must have a different PowerPoint presentation emphasizing the execution and results for each category. 9. Participations must be submitted online at: digital.smepr.org. If a problem is confronted with the system, a link can be sent to: mercadeo@smepr.org. Make sure it s received on time. 10. The SME s Digital Committee reserves the right to disqualify incomplete applications. Both the Local and International Jury reserve the right to reassign a submission s category if needed. 11. Campaign submissions can be in English or Spanish and should not exceed 25 slides.

  3. OBJECTIVE In this slide explain: Was the target audience drawn from existing customers or new customers? What was the business problem that needed to be addressed? Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective with reference to the projected response rates and desired outcome. ** Remember to erase the instructions above when submitting your nomination, just keep the slide title**

  5. VIDEO SUMMARY OPTIONAL: All finalists will be required to submit a 2 minutes video. If you wish to include it from the start, you can do so here. Keep in mind that it can not exceed 2 minutes and make sure you answer all the questions in the next slides. Incomplete cases will be disqualified.
