  5. Key Performance Indicators 3. Enable a smooth transition from Cadet to Senior Members through peer-to-peer mentoring. Making the transition with a member who already successfully switched from cadet to senior member. (Rewrite of CAPP 50-10 in progess) 4.   9. How It Works! Mentoring Operating Instructions This instruction prescribes the procedures for assignment of a Mentor to a Mentee by National Headquarters Education and Training Mentoring Branch. When a Mentor is not available at the local level to assist a member (Mentee), the Mentee will complete a Mentee Registration application form linked to the Education and Training webpage. A member may register as a mentee for all specialty track training also. A member may register as a Mentee at any time. Specific instructions are provided for each Mentoring Manager. Managers cover Marketing, Database/IT, Registration and Evaluation/Quality Assurance, Pairing, and Continuing Education and Training functions. Timeline 1 October 2020 all projects completed, 15 December 2020 Mentor Webpage live with tools, January 2021 NHQ Mentoring 9 9 Month Campaign ONE CIVIL AIR PATROL | EXCELLING IN SERVICE TO OUR NATION AND OUR MEMBERS

  12. The Excitement is Building! Feedback from the National Conference Volunteers enlist to support the mentoring program! Several key positions were filled from session participants during the National Conference.
