Students in 6th and 7th grade will be engaging in activities related to levels of organization and catastrophic events. They will work on creating a public service announcement about natural disasters, understand how cells develop into organisms, complete assessment questions, and discuss the impact of catastrophic events on ecosystems. The agenda includes tasks such as collecting PDN, sharpening pencils, seating arrangements, and completing assignments. Additionally, students will ponder questions about cellular composition and watch a video to understand vocabulary related to levels of organization. The curriculum aligns with TEKS standards.
