Caribou Recovery Committee Caribou Recovery Committee Purpose To review natural resource applications within A1, B1, B4, B5 Provide a consensus recommendation to SDM Terms of Reference Schedule 1 of the PA One rep from each Party Monthly meetings starting March 31 Progress to Date 3 Applications mitigation/offset plans

Land Use Objectives Working Group Land Use Objectives Working Group Purpose To identify appropriate and effective caribou recovery related Land Use Objectives across LPU or subzones Terms of Reference Schedule 3 of the PA Progress to Date Draft Caribou Recovery Land Use Objectives Still in Phase 1 - Parties to the agreement create draft objectives Focusing on managing disturbance across the landscape Have been keeping the Stakeholder Committee updated monthly

  5. Land Use Objectives Working Group Land Use Objectives Working Group Next Steps/Milestones More direct involvement of communities and Stakeholders through phase 2 Adjustments and Impact analysis Make recommendation to provincial government for legal order

South Peace Snowmobile Advisory Committee South Peace Snowmobile Advisory Committee Purpose To enhance understanding of the interests, values and recommendations of local government and snowmobile stakeholders prior to the development of a draft winter motorized recreation strategy Progress to Date Building an understanding of the needs of Caribou Working to document the values and interests of participants

Socio Socio- -Economic Working Group Economic Working Group Purpose Review the work done by Big River Analytics and provide recommendations to BC and Canada on further analysis that is needed to understand the impacts of the Partnership Agreement and plan mitigation strategies Discuss and provide recommendations on the structure and approach for worker, community supports, and compensation needed to mitigate the impacts of the Partnership Agreement Provide recommendations on ongoing monitoring and reporting on socio- economic impacts in the area as a result of the Partnership Agreement.
