  11. Status of our Board Current Board members At Large Members Tim Lasonde Bill Trefethen Executive Board Sean Fitzpatrick Cesi Olivero President Michael Ruffini Andrea Perez Wendy Forsyth Vice President Carrie Csizmadia Christine Najjar Ian Cowpar Treasurer Sarah Laflamme Peter Koziell Matt Donaghey Secretary Gina Ruffini Joel Faretra Cheryl Donaghey Per current bylaws, we can have up to 15 at-large member and they must attend 2/3rdof our meetings. Our Bylaws only state how to remove someone by voting them off (usually for disciplinary issues) by voting them off (2/3rs majority) There is nothing in the bylaws on how to remove people that never show up to meetings Propose that we form a subcommittee to review the bylaws and add language in there that if you miss 5 or more meetings in a 6-month period, you can be removed from the board without a vote. Would also like to review other articles.
