  3. CRM Customer relationship management (CRM) is about managing the relationships you have with your customers, students, business partners, etc. CRM combines processes, people, and technology to achieve this single goal: getting and keeping clients. 3

  5. So how did we use Salesforce in grants? Salesforce was initially acquired by Bergen Community College during the Health Professions Opportunity Grant (HPOG) back in 2011. It was first customized to help the Job Developer(s) facilitate the employment of our graduates. 5

Cost Efficiency Normal pricing NJHPC?TAACCCT Savings $150 x 10 users x 12 sites = $18k saved per month for the consortium That s $1,500 per college every month or $18k per year for the single college Not to mention competitors charged the average $20k for annual data/storage and access fees and $10-15k for annual server maintenance fees NJHPC/TAACCCT saved $216k per year on user licenses alone! Not including the additional $30-35k! 11
