Whats happening around us Nationally NHS Long Term Plan 2.3 billion additional a year ringfenced for mental health by 2023/24 Focus on Perinatal Mental Health, CYP, IAPT s and also additional funds for crisis and community services Green Paper: Workforce schools support teams youth & young adults 3

  4. Whats happening around us Locally STP/CCG Transformation We are engaged transformation at scale and pace across Norfolk and Suffolk Norfolk CCG s coming together Endless opportunities from newly emerging Primary Care Networks and working closer with communities 4

A very different NSFT conversation Ongoing support and friendship from ELFT We are confident, improving and going no where We still have a long way to go We are not precious about our currents services and want the right thing for the people of Norfolk and Suffolk We are open to partnerships, sharing information and positive change 5

Development Days for all teams in 2019 5. Engage staff side activity 6. Implement a stop Activity of lower Value initiative Engage & Inspire our colleagues NSFT STRATEGY 1. Develop meaningful people participation & Carer involvement Structures & Strategy 2. Ensure User/Carer involvement in all QI Projects 3. Each Exec Director to have a User Mentor 4. Engage actively with STPs/IC s & develop the Primary Care Network Strategy 5. Be an active partner in improving the health of our population 6. Clinical Leadership Co-production & Partnerships Supporting people to live their Hopes, Dreams and Aspirations To be in the top quarter for Quality & Safety by 2023 1. Develop & embed Governance Structure & Decision-making Structure 2. Develop Dashboard, Quality & Safety Reports & Performance Reports 3. Change Policies, JD s, Appraisals etc. 4. Support Staff to find time 5. Creating the right milieu for localities to thrive in. 6. Create Quality Meetings in Localities Align our Governance & Systems 1. Develop & Implement our QI Training Programme 2. Increase Leadership Capacity for QI 3. Deliver Board Level/Senior Management Level QI Training 4. Develop QI Coaches 5.
